Propellor Tables (2016)
From the Bay, Taiwan
Propellor is a set of uncomplicated tables with a lightweight look but heavy duty construction. They are an interpretation of a typical café table with a tripod base, pole and tabletop, but with simplified forms and scaled down for a graphic and playful regeneration. They may be used singly as compact side tables or grouped in varying heights and colors for a bouquet of tables.
Propellor tables are available in four selected colours:
Grey white / Charcoal black / Red terracotta / Dark green

From the Bay is a new design brand founded by an American expat located in Taiwan. The company rely on 30 years of experience in sourcing and manufacture for external clients. In 2015 Jonas Wagell was invited to contribute with design, strategic design consultancy and art direction to create a collection of high-quality products and furniture primarily for the evolving North American market.
The first products from the collection was previewed at Wanted Design in New York City in May 2016 and an extended collection will be presented at ICFF in New York City in May 2017.
