Wander Light (2017)

Wander Light takes inspiration from rice paper lanterns of the Orient, yet it has a minimal, contemporary design made of elemental materials, steel and glass. In the paper lantern tradition a handle sweeps over the glass shade and provides handy functionality in a playful manner.

From the Bay is a new design brand founded in 2016 by an American design entrepreneur based in Taiwan. JWDA has been commissioned to create a brand platform as well as to design the first collection of products, including small furniture, lighting and accessories.
From the Bay was previewing a collection of products during NYCxDESIGN already in 2016 and 2017. The first products will now finally be available on the US market by the end of 2018.

From the Bay is a new design brand founded by an American expat located in Taiwan. The company rely on 30 years of experience in sourcing and manufacture for external clients. In 2015 Jonas Wagell was invited to contribute with design, strategic design consultancy and art direction to create a collection of high-quality products and furniture primarily for the evolving North American market.
The first products from the collection was previewed at Wanted Design in New York City in May 2016 and an extended collection will be presented at ICFF in New York City in May 2017.
